For over 15 years, I have worked in an international business environment, creating communication strategies, PR projects, employer branding initiatives, and programs supporting organizational culture.

Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in how people communicate with others, but also in how they understand themselves. Alongside my professional experience, I developed competencies in coaching, crisis consulting, and behavioral analysis.

Today, I support people who are at an important moment in their lives: after a breakup, during a career change, in a crisis, feeling lost, or when they know that their current chapter is coming to an end and it is time to create the next one.

Helping people regain clarity of thought, bring order to chaos, better understand themselves, and make decisions with greater confidence and peace of mind is at the heart of my work.

At the same time, I believe that every person has the resources needed for change and sometimes simply needs the space to recognize and use them.

A Master's degree in Art History from the University of Warsaw sparked a particular fascination with portraiture as an attempt to capture a person: their character, emotions, story, and what remains unspoken.

The same curiosity is present in my work with clients. What interests me is not only what has happened in their lives, but also how they give meaning to those experiences and what story they want to write next.

This perspective is complemented by professional training in coaching, crisis consulting, and behavioral profiling. Postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), the CoachWise™ Certified Coach credential, and membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) form the foundation of my coaching practice. Additional qualifications include the Advanced Practitioner in Behavioral Profiling credential awarded by the Institute of Nonverbal Communication (INC) in Vienna, as well as the Crisis Consultant certificate from the Institute of Positive Crisis Therapy (IPTK).

My work is focused on adults who want to better understand themselves, find direction, navigate change, or make an important decision related to their personal or professional lives.

Coaching is a developmental process focused on the present and the future. It centers on goals, opportunities, resources, and actions that lead to the desired change.

Consultations are available online as well as in person at my office in Warsaw.

Can a person be read through and through?

Yes, though it's not magic, but rather high social intuition, psychological insight, and knowledge of behavioral profiling. I see traps before you step into them, and if you already have - we'll find a way out. Together, we'll decode the mechanisms of manipulation, and set protective boundaries.

This is work on communication that changes the dynamics of relationships: personal, professional, and those that are completely unexpected. Instead of guessing others' intentions, you'll start to understand them, and instead of reacting impulsively, you'll begin to act consciously.

Change Coaching

For those who want to reach a higher level: a new role, promotion, career change, increased effectiveness, or regaining agency. We establish a goal, strategy, implementation plan, and progress metrics—without chaos and without bursts of activity. The result: consistency, better decisions, a stronger position, and lasting change in habits.

Coaching after a breakup

Separation often lowers concentration, sleep, and self-confidence — yet work still demands results. This coaching helps to regain stability and effectiveness: emotional regulation, recovering routine, working with ruminations, and a "derailed" sense of self-worth. The result: calmness, better energy, greater resilience, and a return to action without entering into personal exhibitionism.

Crisis coaching

Quick support when pressure arises: a crisis in the project, conflict in the team, drop in efficiency, burnout, "urgent" decisions. We organize the situation, priorities, and communication, and then we build an action plan for the coming days and weeks. The result: stabilization, clear steps, regained decisiveness, and real control over the situation.

Behavioral profiling

When relationships, decisions, and reputation are at stake — it’s essential to know how to read people. Behavioral profiling helps identify action styles, motivations, and behavior patterns within a team and in client relationships. You gain practical insights: how to communicate, how to negotiate, how to anticipate risks, and how to build authority without conflicts.

FAQ

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is aimed at individuals who want to consciously and systematically work on their future and the achievement of clearly defined goals. Its starting point is the current needs and goals of the client; however, the process often allows for them to be refined, verified, and sometimes even changed—as greater clarity and understanding of one's motivations emerge. Just as important as the goal itself is the journey towards it. The coach accompanies this process, supporting reflection, organizing thoughts, and making conscious decisions, without imposing ready-made solutions.

What does the collaboration look like — how long does a session last and what happens between meetings?

"We typically work in cycles of 4 to 8 weeks. Each session has a clear structure: objective, situation diagnosis, strategy selection, exercise (e.g., communication/negotiation), and finally, an implementation plan. Between meetings, the client receives short tasks and tools to use "live" at work, so that the change occurs in real situations, not just in conversation."

How does coaching differ from therapy and when should you choose other support?

Coaching focuses on goals, competencies, and actions here and now: decisions, communication, habits, productivity, workplace relationships. If the main issue is prolonged psychological suffering, severe anxiety/depressive symptoms, trauma, or a crisis requiring clinical intervention—then therapeutic assistance would be a better choice. If needed, Patrycja will help select the appropriate path.

Are the sessions confidential, and can we work on real work situations (conflicts, feedback, negotiations)?

Yes — confidentiality is the standard of collaboration. You can bring specific cases: conversations with a supervisor, a difficult employee, tensions in the team, negotiations, conflict in a project, or overload. We work practically: preparing for the conversation, scenarios, communication language, boundaries, and action plans — so that you leave the session with a ready "what to do next."
